TODAYSBRU · POLICIES
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 6, 2026
This notice describes how TodaysBru handles information for its helpdesk service. It covers access requests, workspace accounts, support tickets, and related features.
1. Who handles your information
TodaysBru is operated by Vcw Inc, based in Elk Grove, California, United States.
Your organization decides how its workspace is used and who can access its support records. TodaysBru processes workspace content to provide the service. We also handle access requests and information needed to operate and secure the platform. For privacy questions, contact us at the address below.
2. Information we collect
- Access requests: company name, contact email, name when provided, company domain, self-reported country or region, and any message or referral information you submit.
- Accounts: profile details, hashed passwords, roles, team membership, account settings, and policy acknowledgements.
- Workspace content: tickets, comments, chat messages, uploaded attachments, knowledge-base articles, forms, and workflow information.
- Operational records: request logs, IP addresses where recorded, timestamps, activity history, and usage counters. AI call logs record metadata such as the model, purpose, and usage; chat content is stored separately.
3. Why we use it
We use this information to review access requests, create accounts, handle tickets, send service emails, provide AI assistance, troubleshoot problems, and protect the service from abuse. Country information helps us review launch availability; it is not proof of identity or physical location.
4. AI and service providers
AI features can send relevant ticket text, chat messages, knowledge-base excerpts, and other context to OpenRouter and the model providers used for the request. These features include chat assistance, classification, summaries, and workflow support. Review sensitive information before submitting it.
The service uses AWS infrastructure and SendGrid for email delivery. Enabled integrations, such as Slack, may exchange information needed for the selected feature. Providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States.
5. Browser storage
The app uses browser storage to keep you signed in and remember interface settings. Clearing that storage can sign you out or reset preferences.
6. Retention and deletion
We retain tickets, knowledge-base articles, and other workspace content while your workspace is active, unless you remove it through available controls or request its removal. We do not automatically delete active-workspace tickets simply because they are more than 60 days old.
Retention of access requests and operational records depends on the purpose of the record, whether it is still needed to provide support or investigate an issue, and applicable legal obligations. Contact us to request workspace closure or removal of your information. We review the scope of each request, including any records that must be retained for security or legal reasons.
Backup copies and records held by service providers may have separate deletion schedules. We will explain relevant limitations when handling your request. User export and admin-managed anonymization are available; anonymization retains some operational history and is not the same as deleting an entire workspace.
7. Your choices and requests
Contact your workspace administrator for help accessing, correcting, exporting, or removing workspace information. Privacy rights depend on applicable law; requests may require verification of your authority. You can also contact Vcw Inc directly at support@todaysbru.com. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights or the right to complain to a data protection authority.
8. Updates
We will date policy updates and explain material changes when they affect how personal information is handled.
