Terms & Acceptable Use

These terms describe the rules for using TodaysBru for legitimate workplace support. They cover the website, workspace, chat, tickets, email intake, attachments, and integrations.

TodaysBru is operated by Vcw Inc, based in Elk Grove, California, United States.

1. Accounts and workspace access

Provide accurate account and organization information, protect your login credentials, and use a workspace only with authorization. Workspace administrators are responsible for managing their team’s access. Launch access is reviewed manually, and the service is currently available in English.

2. Free access and usage limits

The initial Free tier supports up to five support seats, counting admins, agents, and managers together. Requester accounts do not use support seats. Current default limits are 100 tickets and 50 shared AI provider requests per workspace per day. See the pricing page for details.

Introductory free pricing is valid for one year from workspace creation. Included AI access for introductory users is guaranteed through December 31, 2026, under the current usage limits. We reserve the right to reevaluate and change the Free tier with at least 30 days’ advance notice. Such changes will not shorten this AI guarantee or reduce the included AI allowance before that date.

Additional seats and different limits require agreement with our team. Reaching a free limit does not automatically authorize a charge. Any paid plan requires separate pricing and payment terms agreed before purchase.

3. Acceptable use

Use Bru only for lawful, authorized workplace support. Content you submit, request, create, or share must be appropriate for a professional environment. Illegal, harmful, abusive, exploitative, obscene, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content is prohibited, as is any activity that infringes another person’s rights or puts others at risk.

Do not misuse the service, bypass access controls or usage limits, interfere with other workspaces, or compromise the security of systems or data. Submit only information you are authorized to share, and keep passwords, private keys, and payment-card details out of tickets and chat.

4. Reporting and enforcement

Report concerns to support@todaysbru.com with the relevant workspace and ticket or message reference. Do not copy or resend the content in your report.

We may remove content, restrict access, or suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or create security or legal risks. We may preserve relevant records and make disclosures required by law. These rules apply throughout the service; they do not imply that every submission is reviewed.

5. Your content and AI output

You retain your rights in content you submit and must have permission to use it. You authorize the processing needed to deliver and secure the service, including by relevant service providers as described in the Privacy Policy.

AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Review suggestions and workflow changes before relying on them. Bru is not an emergency service or a substitute for professional judgment.

6. Availability and account closure

The initial service is offered on an as-available basis without a promised uptime level. Maintain copies of important records. Contact us to request workspace closure or discuss an access restriction. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information and deletion requests. These terms do not exclude rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

7. Contact and updates

Questions about these terms? Contact Vcw Inc, Elk Grove, California, United States, at support@todaysbru.com. Material changes to these terms will be communicated with an updated date and any acceptance required by applicable law.
